How we collect and use your data
Wicozani collects only the information you provide directly through SmartFitTracker: meal entries, calorie logs, workout records, and account credentials. This data is stored securely and used exclusively to operate and improve the app's tracking features.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Data may be disclosed only when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Wicozani and its users.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@wicozani.com. Wicozani will process such requests within 30 days in accordance with applicable law.
Conditions governing app and website use
By downloading, installing, or using SmartFitTracker, you agree to these terms. The app is licensed, not sold. Wicozani grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal, non-commercial fitness tracking.
You may not reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the app or its underlying data structures. Misuse, unauthorized access attempts, or use that violates applicable law will result in immediate termination of your license.
Wicozani reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of SmartFitTracker following a posted update constitutes acceptance. The effective date on this page reflects the most recent revision.
Retention, security, and your rights
Your tracking data — meals, calories, workouts — is retained for as long as your account remains active. Wicozani uses industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. No log data is retained beyond 90 days after account deletion.
You have the right to access, correct, or export the data you have entered into SmartFitTracker. Requests can be submitted through the in-app settings panel or by contacting our support team directly.
Wicozani does not use tracking cookies for advertising. Session cookies are used solely to maintain a secure authenticated state while you are logged in to this website.
